The high-grade thermal insulation of our refrigerators contributes to the inner chamber temperature stability, decreasing the quantity of energy required by the cooling unit, and thus reducing consumption. This type of approach significantly enhances the carbon footprint of our equipment.
LED lightning
Our medical grade refrigerators are equipped with full LED light: this type of light offers high performance, bright color and, thanks to their longer life, assure a lower waste amount. LED lightning is the solution to decrease energy consumption of at least 75%, compared to fluorescent bulbs. For Touch range refrigerators the brightness level of the light can be customized, while Night and Day function will also boost energy saving.
Low-emissive glass
Fiocchetti’s refrigerators offer low-emission, triple-layers glass doors: this characteristic greatly reduces dissipation, improves insulation abilities and performance, resulting in a significant power saving.
CFC free insulation type
CFC free polyurethane foaming form the insulation type of any refrigerator belonging to Fiocchetti’s ranges. Besides, foaming is water-based, thus fully environmentally friendly.
100% green gas
We use gas R290, which is a natural cooling agent, featuring an extremely low GWP (Global Warning Potential =3 and ODP = 0), is CFC free, assures high performance and very low energy consumption.
Medical grade refrigerators featuring high energy efficiency
Energy saving defrost cycles and hot gas type: defrost cycles are triggered only when necessary, reducing duration in time and without the use of electric heaters. Fiocchetti’s medical grade refrigerators are fitted with cooling units offering top level performances, reduced power consumption, and they are customizable according to users’ needs.
